As far as official primary sources show, this is the first chance to buy this product at a venue inside Japan. **(2) Premium Bandai** — it is sold as a commemorative item for BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest 26-27 in TOKYO. The official site states 「プレミアムバンダイで販売いたします。※会場でのご購入はできません。」 (sold on Premium Bandai; it cannot be bought at the venue), and the FAQ confirms that attending the event is not required to buy merchandise. The two rounds open to anyone are the general advance sale (January 8, 2027 19:00 to January 17, 23:00 JST) and the general post-event sale (March 15, 2027 12:00 to April 4, 23:00 JST); there are also a main-event winners-only advance sale (December 24, 2026 12:00 to January 3, 2027 23:00) and a participants-only post-event sale. The purchase limit per person, and which items are sold by lottery, are unannounced. **(3) Overseas event venues (all finished)** — it was sold at six venues between July and November 2026, with the purchase method differing at each. Gen Con 2026 required the voucher included in the tutorial session gift set; New York Comic Con 2026 handed out retail tickets first come, first served each morning at BANDAI CARD GAMES Booth #2705; PAX Aus 2026 ran a daily TCG+ raffle among tutorial participants after the final session; SPIEL Essen gave every tutorial participant same-day purchase eligibility; Paris Games Week was first come, first served within a daily allocation for participants; and Lucca Comics & Games used advance booking (€42.90 VAT incl., one per person for the whole event, on-site electronic payment only, admission ticket for that day required). Lucca's booking page ended the event on November 1, 2026 with **all 25 windows (20 scheduled plus 5 re-release) reading `Closed`**, so that route is finished. All six venues matched on "MSRP: $35 (+tax)," one per person and limited quantities each day. Note that this product is not part of the on-site merchandise at Japan's Premier Demo Events (January 16 to March 21, 2027, 11 stores nationwide), which sell the Official Playmat -NARUTO VS. SASUKE- (¥3,850 tax incl.) and Premium Card Collection vol.00 -CHAKRA set- (¥1,650 tax incl.) instead. This is the first announcement of European venue sales, bringing confirmed venue sales to five. [Updated October 21, 2026] **A euro price has been confirmed for the first time.** The Reserve Playmat page run by Play-system — the link target of the "Playmat Ticket Page" button on the official English Lucca page — carries the line "The playmat costs €42.90, VAT included." (checked October 21, 2026). It was not there when we read the same page in full on October 15, and we cannot establish when it was added (the page has no Wayback Machine snapshot at all; confirmed today via the CDX API). Put on the same tax footing, 3,850 ÷ 1.1 = ¥3,500, US$35 is already pre-tax, and 42.90 ÷ 1.22 = €35.16 (÷1.20 gives €35.75) — all three land on a pre-tax figure of "35". The Reserve Playmat page states no tax rate, however, so we do not assert which rate applies (35 × 1.22 = €42.70, twenty cents short of the printed €42.90, and there is no official explanation of how that figure was arrived at). Where the original 20 put collection exactly one week after the reservation day, these two have the same date and the same hour for both, **confirming on two consecutive days that the page's re-release clause (`Any remaining playmats resulting from cancellations or no-shows will be made available for reservation on the same booking page, starting at approximately 17:00 each event day, subject to availability.`) is implemented by creating a new window on each event day.** Both read `Closed`, however, so **the page does not show how many were released through them, or whether a single one sold.** The split is `class="closed"` ×14 and `class="soldout"` ×8 (collection on October 31 and November 1); the pattern of windows flipping to `Closed` once their collection date is today or earlier now holds for 12 windows across three days with no exceptions (we do not assert it, as the source text carries no definition of the labels).
