Starter Deck (Leader: Gaara)

One of the three Starter Decks launching in June 2027, led by Gaara. The official press release says the three decks "come pre-constructed with all the cards needed to start playing, so players can begin battling right out of the box" and that, "built around a different Leader, each deck features a unique lineup of ninjas and its own strategic play style." The product name, price, card count and card list are all unannounced.

Announced at the "NARUTO: What's Next?" panel at New York Comic Con 2026 on October 10, 2026 (local time) and documented in BANDAI's official press release of the same date. The original wording is "three Starter Decks led by Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, and Gaara." No official product name has been announced, so we register these under a provisional name based on the Leader and will replace it once official names appear. No Gaara card appears among the 38 entries in our card database as of October 11, 2026 — no Leader card, no Character card and no illustration — and the trait "Sunagakure" has not appeared either. As of October 11, 2026 the announcement does not appear on the official site in either Japanese or English.
