Seats are allocated by lottery: applications run August 10 – 24, 2026 (closed), with winners announced from September 10, 2026. Those drawn receive a CP-001 Chakra Card as the participant gift. Applying requires face photo registration in the BANDAI TCG+ app — your profile must show as verified during the application window — and the official page notes that approval can take a week or more. This was the first of the seven cities to close applications, and it is also the first to announce winners (from September 10, 2026). Which of the two event days the session falls on, plus its times, capacity, fee and the odds of being drawn, are all unannounced. The artwork and effect text of the CP-001 handed out are also unpublished, and the official site does not state whether it matches the Gen Con 2026 version.
