Breaking: Jump Festa 2027 exhibit details published — CP-001's first Japanese give-away moves up 28 days from January 16 to December 19, the "-Arriving in 2027-" playmat gets its only in-venue sale in Japan, and the reveal lands inside the 16:55 stage slot

What we could not write on October 21, we can write today.

In our October 21 article we laid out the Jump Festa 2027 admission calendar and wrote this: “Whether the card game’s reveal happens inside the 30-minute Super Stage, separately somewhere at the venue, or outside the venue on the official site and social media, cannot be confirmed.”

Today, November 2, 2026, the Japanese NARUTO CARD GAME official site published “Jump Festa 2027 Exhibit Information”, and that point is settled. And the exhibit details carry three things that matter even more in practice.

What this article is based on: everything below comes from the Japanese NARUTO CARD GAME official site — “Jump Festa 2027 Exhibit Information” (dated 2026.11.02), “Premier Demo Event” and the top page; the Jump Festa 2027 official site (JF Guide, Maker Booths, junior-high-and-under goody bag, Jump Super Stage NARUTO); and the BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest 26-27 in TOKYO official site. Checked November 2, 2026, with the full text of each page retrieved. The exhibit page itself carries the note “*This is the latest information as of Monday, November 2, 2026. Information may change without notice.” We do not write speculation about anything the official sources have not announced.

1. What went live is one Japanese-only page

First, the source. What went live is the single page /jp/news/jumpfesta-2027.php. The same URL returns 404 on the English (/en/), English(Asia) (/asia-en/) and Traditional Chinese (/asia-tc/) sites (checked today). The newest entry on each of those news lists is also unchanged — the English site still tops out at “NARUTO CARD GAME New Info Revealed! Oct. 2026” (Oct. 13, 2026).

A Japanese-only treatment is natural for a domestic event, but it is worth recording that this follow-up about the venue of “the next big reveal” appears only in Japanese, unlike the October 13 “New Info Revealed! Oct. 2026” page, which was published in three languages.

The official top page’s schedule strip also gained a row: “December 2026 / 12.19 - 12.20 / New information revealed.”

ItemAs stated on the exhibit page
DatesSaturday December 19 and Sunday December 20, 2026, 9:00–17:00 (last entry 16:30)
VenueMakuhari Messe, exhibition halls 1–9 and 11
AdmissionFree (advance application, invitation only)
Wording of the exhibit“NARUTO CARD GAME joins the fray at Jump Festa 2027!”

2. The stage — “latest information will also be revealed,” in the card game’s own words

The “Stage Information” section of the exhibit page is a single sentence:

NARUTO CARD GAME’s latest information will also be revealed within the NARUTO programme of the Jump Super Stage!

The date and time given is Saturday December 19, 2026, 16:55–17:25 — the same slot as Jump Super Stage “NARUTO”, the last of DAY 1’s eight Super Stage slots.

As of October 21, all we could establish was that the franchise official site (naruto-official.com) wrote inclusively about “follow-up news on the information announced this time,” while the only project named for the stage was the new manga SHADOW RISING. Today’s wording settles it: the card game’s reveal happens inside this 30-minute slot, stated by the card game’s own official site.

But it only points one way. As of today the Jump Festa 2027 stage page still carries only the PROJECT RASENGAN intro text and comments from the three cast members (Junko Takeuchi, Noriaki Sugiyama, Chie Nakamura), with no mention of the card game. The only side saying there will be a card game reveal on stage is the card game’s own site.

3. CP-001’s first Japanese give-away moves up 28 days

This is the change that bites hardest in practice.

The exhibit page lists CP-001 Chakra Card distribution in two places:

  • Demo deck tutorial: “A tutorial will be held at the NARUTO CARD GAME booth!” “Everyone who joins the tutorial receives one ‘CP-001 Chakra Card’!” (*one tutorial per person; *reception may close early or switch to numbered tickets depending on conditions on the day; *promotional cards are limited in number and distribution ends when they run out)
  • Junior-high-and-under goody bag: “Visitors in junior high school or younger receive a lavish goody bag packed with items from the various booths exhibiting at Jump Festa!” “From NARUTO CARD GAME, one ‘CP-001 Chakra Card’!” (*limited in number, distribution ends when they run out)

The goody bag side is independently confirmed on the Jump Festa 2027 site. Its junior-high-and-under goody bag page lists “BANDAI / NARUTO CARD GAME promotional card (CP-001 Chakra Card)” among the contents (the page also lists items from Toei Animation, Shueisha and other Bandai titles, with the note “There are plenty more items in the goody bag! Look forward to future announcements!”).

Until today, the only CP-001 give-away occasion in Japan confirmable in official primary sources was the Premier Demo Event’s 11 venues nationwide (January 16 – March 21, 2027). This exhibit information moves the first date to December 19, 2026.

Occasion in JapanDatesHow to get it (as officially stated)
Jump Festa 2027Saturday December 19 and Sunday December 20, 2026Win an admission ticket, then join the booth tutorial (once per person) or receive the junior-high-and-under goody bag
Premier Demo Event (11 venues)Saturday January 16 – Sunday March 21, 2027Win the advance application (lottery) on BANDAI TCG+ and attend the tutorial

The gap is 28 days. And there is a second, qualitative difference. The Premier Demo Event requires winning a card-game-specific lottery on BANDAI TCG+, whereas at Jump Festa anyone who gets in can join the booth tutorial on the day, and the junior-high-and-under goody bag is simply handed out. That makes it the first route in Japan to CP-001 that does not go through a card-game-specific lottery (the Jump Festa admission ticket itself is still a lottery).

Both routes are explicitly limited in number, ending when supplies run out, and the tutorial also says “reception may close early or switch to numbered tickets depending on conditions on the day.” There is no guarantee of receiving one.

The earliest route to a CP-001 Chakra Card in Japan (per the official sites)
  1. By 17:59 on Mon Nov 16Step-2 admission application (anyone, once per day, via Jump NAVI)
  2. Around 9:30 on Tue Nov 24Results announced
  3. Sat Dec 19 / Sun Dec 20Enter the venue by 16:30
  4. At the venueJoin the NARUTO CARD GAME booth tutorial (once per person) / under-15s receive the goody bag
  5. One CP-001Limited in number, ends when supplies run out

4. Merchandise — these two days are the only in-venue sale of “-Arriving in 2027-” in Japan we can confirm

The merchandise section lists exactly one item.

ItemAs stated
ProductNARUTO CARD GAME Official Playmat -Arriving in 2027-
Price¥3,850 (tax incl.)
Limit*One per person
Payment*The only payment methods usable at the venue are cashless

It also carries the notes “*Entry to the merchandise area may be temporarily restricted to ease congestion,” “*There is a cap on purchase quantities,” “*These products may be sold outside this event,” and “*Each product ends when it sells out.”

That choice of a single item meshes with the other routes in Japan. Here is what re-checking the three official pages today produced.

RouteItems soldHowPayment
Jump Festa 2027 (Dec 19–20)-Arriving in 2027- (¥3,850)Venue merchandise areaCashless only
Premier Demo Event (Jan 16 – Mar 21, 2027, 11 stores)-Naruto vs Sasuke- (¥3,850) / Chakra set (¥1,650)At venue, tutorial attendees prioritisedVaries by store
BCG Fest Tokyo (February and March 2027)Both playmats / Chakra setPremium Bandai only, no venue sales—

The BCG Fest Tokyo official site states of its commemorative products: *“Sold on Premium Bandai. Cannot be purchased at the venue.” (checked today). The Premier Demo Event’s merchandise is two items, “-Naruto vs Sasuke-” and the Chakra set — -Arriving in 2027- is not among them.

So of the two playmats, the only chance to pick up and buy “-Arriving in 2027-” at a venue in Japan that can be confirmed in official primary sources is the two days of December 19 and 20, 2026.

[Correction, November 6, 2026] On publication this passage, the heading and the title read “at a venue” without limiting it to Japan. Collating every city merchandise page on the BCG Fest 26-27 site on November 6, 2026, “-Arriving in 2027-” is listed on the merchandise pages of all seven Asia cities (Jakarta, Manila, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei), two of which — Jakarta and Manila — were held before this article was published. An unqualified “only” is wrong, so we have narrowed the wording to Japan (details in our November 6 article).

It is also, as things stand, the earliest you can buy it in Japan at all. Per BCG Fest Tokyo’s sales method page, Premium Bandai sales come in four windows; the earliest, “advance sale for main event winners only,” runs December 24, 2026 12:00 – January 3, 2027 23:00, and the “general advance sale” runs January 8, 2027 19:00 – January 17 23:00. Both fall after December 19, and all four windows state “*There is no sale or handover at the venue.”

One faint difference in wording is worth noting. The Premier Demo Event says “*These products will also be sold outside this event,” while Jump Festa says “*These products may be sold outside this event.” It cannot be read as a guarantee that -Arriving in 2027- will be sold through another route (we do not speculate on what the difference means).

5. Jump Festa’s own “maker booth” list is now published

The maker booth list that our October 21 article recorded as “not published as of today” is now live. It is split into 30 companies in the exhibition zone and 15 in the Jumpfes Market.

Among them, “BANDAI / BANDAI SPIRITS” appears in the exhibition zone, Hall 4, tagged “exhibit,” “merchandise” and “hands-on.” Those line up with the “tutorial” and “merchandise” on the card game’s exhibit page, but there is no standalone “NARUTO CARD GAME” entry in the list. Which listed exhibit the “NARUTO CARD GAME booth” corresponds to, and its stand number or position within the hall, cannot be determined from the Jump Festa listing.

The JF Guide’s explanation of first-come numbered tickets is also unchanged — “numbered tickets are issued for the various organiser corners and maker booths!” — and does not say whether the NARUTO CARD GAME tutorial is covered by them (the exhibit page’s own phrasing is the conditional “may switch to numbered tickets”).

6. The application practicalities — one step for the booth, two if you want the stage

Today, November 2, is also a turning point in the Jump Festa admission applications. The JF Guide reads as follows (checked today).

CategoryApplication periodResults
Step 1: digital subscribers & WJ annual-purchase cardholders onlyApplications have closedMonday November 2, 9:30 — already announced
Step 2: admission ticket application (anyone, once per day)Monday November 2, 10:00 – Monday November 16, 17:59Around 9:30, Tuesday November 24
Pre-draw ticket application (winners of step 1 or 2 only)Tuesday November 24, 10:00 – Monday November 30, 17:59Around 9:30, Friday December 11

The exhibit information went live on the day step 2 opened. In effect, the material you need to decide whether to apply arrived on the first day of applications.

Sorted by how many application stages each part requires:

  • Booth demo deck tutorial, merchandise, junior-high-and-under goody bag → step 2 (the admission ticket) is enough. If you can get in, you are eligible
  • Watching the “latest information” on the Super Stage → you must win step 2 and then win the pre-draw ticket application (November 24–30). The JF Guide states that “you can only apply for the date your step-1 or step-2 admission ticket won,” so without winning admission for Saturday December 19 you cannot even apply for the stage ticket
  • If you miss out in the pre-draw, there is still a “same-day draw ticket application” after entering the venue, which lists Super Stage viewing among its target tickets (per the JF Guide)

And the timing problem from our October 21 article now carries more weight, precisely because the reveal is confirmed to be on stage. Last entry to the venue is 16:30; the stage starts at 16:55. You cannot turn up after 16:30 on the day just to watch the card game reveal.

That said — and this bears repeating — the booth side (tutorial, merchandise, goody bag) works without a stage ticket. Even if you lose the stage draw, getting in on December 19 or 20 keeps the CP-001 and playmat opportunities open.

7. Still unknown

  • The booth’s location and stand number (no standalone “NARUTO CARD GAME” entry in Jump Festa’s maker booth list; “BANDAI / BANDAI SPIRITS” is listed only as Hall 4)
  • The demo deck tutorial’s hours, capacity and decks used (the Premier Demo Event explicitly uses two decks, “Naruto Uzumaki Deck” and “Sasuke Uchiha Deck”; there is no equivalent note for Jump Festa)
  • Whether numbered tickets will be used, and whether it falls under first-come numbered tickets (the exhibit page’s wording is conditional on “conditions on the day”)
  • How many CP-001 cards there are, and which printing (no version name is given, and whether the artwork matches the face published on October 14 is unannounced)
  • Playmat quantities and any per-day allocation (only “*There is a cap on purchase quantities”)
  • What the “latest information” on stage actually is (price, cards per pack, the card list, the day within June 2027 and Japanese domestic retail are the items we listed as unsettled in our October 11 article)
  • Admission odds and the number of tickets issued (no official statement)

Summary

  • Only the Japanese NARUTO CARD GAME official site published “Jump Festa 2027 Exhibit Information,” dated November 2, 2026, covering four things: the demo deck tutorial, the junior-high-and-under goody bag, merchandise and the stage
  • The stage section states plainly that “NARUTO CARD GAME’s latest information will also be revealed within the NARUTO programme of the Jump Super Stage” (Saturday December 19, 16:55–17:25), settling the question we could not confirm on October 21. The Jump Festa stage page still does not mention the card game
  • Two routes to the CP-001 Chakra Card (one card for tutorial participants, one in the junior-high-and-under goody bag), with the goody bag independently confirmed on Jump Festa’s own page. The first give-away date in Japan moves forward 28 days, from January 16, 2027 to December 19, 2026
  • Merchandise is the single item “-Arriving in 2027-” at ¥3,850 (tax incl.) (one per person, cashless only). The Premier Demo Event sells “-Naruto vs Sasuke-” on site and BCG Fest Tokyo has no venue sales, so these two days are the only confirmable in-venue chance for -Arriving in 2027- in Japan ([Correction, November 6, 2026] outside Japan, it is listed in the venue merchandise of all seven BCG Fest Asia cities)
  • Jump Festa’s maker booth list is now published, with “BANDAI / BANDAI SPIRITS” in Hall 4 (exhibit / merchandise / hands-on). But there is no standalone “NARUTO CARD GAME” entry, so the booth’s exact location remains unsettled
  • The booth tutorial, merchandise and goody bag need only the step-2 admission ticket (today 10:00 – November 16, 17:59). Watching the stage requires the pre-draw ticket application (November 24–30) or the same-day draw on top of that

We track the current state of every application on the pre-order and lottery hub and the event calendar. If either the exhibit page or the Jump Festa site adds anything, we will reflect it the same day.
