BCG Fest 26-27 Shanghai is December 26–27, 2026 — the last of the 11 cities to get dates. NARUTO is a listed brand, but has zero products, tournaments or giveaways
The last of the 11 cities finally has dates.
BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest 26-27 runs in 11 cities worldwide, but the Shanghai stop had been showing nothing but “December 2026” — no dates, no venue. In our October 13 article we still had to log Shanghai as “stop page not found, unconfirmed”.
Checking today (October 23, 2026), the Shanghai stop is now listed as “December 26-27, 2026”.
About this article: everything below comes from the BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest 26-27 official site (Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese) and the Shanghai stop page, all checked on October 23, 2026. English renderings of the Chinese text are ours, with the original quoted alongside. Plans may still change.
1. All 11 cities now have dates
The LOCATION list carries the same dates in all three language versions.

Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei and Shanghai land one city per weekend through December, with Shanghai on the last weekend of the month. Shanghai closes out the 2026 stops; the next is Orlando in the new year.
2. The Shanghai page lives on a separate, Simplified-Chinese-only domain
Shanghai was hard to track down because it is not filed where the other ten are.

Follow “Shanghai” from the LOCATION list in any of the three language versions and they all lead to https://bandaicardgamesfest.com/26-27/zh-cn/shanghai/. There are no Japanese, English or Traditional Chinese Shanghai pages — only the Simplified Chinese one.
That page is also linked from the news list on the 简体中文 version of the official site added today.
3. Basic information — still no venue name
The 基本信息 (basic information) block holds just two fields.

The location field contains the single word “Shanghai.” Following its link opens a map service search result for Shanghai — no venue name, no address.
The other city pages all give a venue and address, so Shanghai is now the only stop whose venue is unpublished. Our event calendar has been updated today to reflect this.
4. NARUTO is listed fifth among the participating brands
The Shanghai page lists five card game titles as 参展品牌 (participating brands).

NARUTO Card Game is there, fifth in the list. The contact block at the bottom of the page also gives it a dedicated address (narutocardgame@windoent.com), so the fact that NARUTO is among the participating titles at Shanghai is officially stated.
The Simplified Chinese official site published today uses the same name, 火影忍者卡牌对战 (details in our other article today).
5. But products, tournaments and giveaways all cover “four brands”
The name is in the brand list — yet NARUTO does not appear in any of the content pages.
Products
The products page filter offers “all brands” plus only four options, with no NARUTO tab.

Seven products are listed: one One Piece, two UNION ARENA, one Digimon and three Gundam. Not one NARUTO item.
In our October 13 article we mapped how the NARUTO products on sale differ by stop (one playmat at the seven Asian stops, a different single item at Orlando and London, all three at Tokyo) and had to leave Shanghai as “stop page not found, unconfirmed”. Today’s check establishes that the Shanghai stop lists no NARUTO products.
Tournaments
The tournaments page likewise covers four brands. There is no NARUTO slot.
Giveaway
As the 游客入场礼品 (visitor admission gift), the page lists a “上海站特别入场卡牌” (Shanghai special admission card) for four brands (artwork for each marked “coming soon”). NARUTO is not among them either.
“In the brand list, but nothing announced yet” is where the Shanghai stop stands today — much like the period when the NARUTO pages for Orlando and London read only “Details will be updated in the future” (our August 22 and August 29 articles).
6. None of the application details the seven Asian cities have
Seven Asian cities (Jakarta, Manila, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Taipei) have published application details for the NARUTO “Teaching Session” demo: the application window, the results date, the CP-001 Chakra Card participant gift and lottery entry via BANDAI TCG+ (our August 29 article).
The Shanghai page has no equivalent section.

The Shanghai page does have a 报名方式 (how to apply) menu item, but nothing about applying for NARUTO. On admission, it states only that agreeing to the official BANDAI CARD GAMES event terms (a PDF) is a condition of entry.

We could also find no mention of applying through BANDAI TCG+. The seven Asian cities all used a BANDAI TCG+ lottery; whether Shanghai uses the same system is not stated.
7. Different social accounts as well
The Shanghai page points to two official accounts.
Bilibili官方账号 / 新浪微博官方账号 (Bilibili and Weibo)
That differs from the Official Facebook for Asia and Official X (English) linked on the other Asian city pages. Information about the Shanghai stop has to be followed on Bilibili and Weibo.
The Simplified Chinese NARUTO official site published today points to Bilibili, Xiaohongshu and Douyin — so even the Fest side and the NARUTO side list different accounts.
8. What is still unknown
- The venue name and address (only “Shanghai” is given)
- What NARUTO will actually run at Shanghai (no demo session, tournament or merchandise listed)
- Whether the CP-001 Chakra Card will be handed out (not stated)
- How to apply or buy admission, and when that opens (whether BANDAI TCG+ is used is unclear)
- Whether NARUTO merchandise will be sold (there is no NARUTO tab in the products filter)
- Whether Japanese, English or Traditional Chinese Shanghai pages will be created (Simplified Chinese only as of today)
Summary
- The Shanghai stop runs December 26–27, 2026, which means all 11 cities now have dates
- Its page sits on a separate domain, in Simplified Chinese only, linked out to from all three language versions of the LOCATION list
- The venue is given as just “Shanghai”, making it the only stop with no venue name
- NARUTO Card Game is listed as one of the five participating brands (火影忍者卡牌对战) and has its own contact address
- But products (seven items), tournaments and the giveaway all cover four brands, with no NARUTO entry anywhere
- None of the Teaching Session application details or CP-001 references published for the seven Asian cities appear for Shanghai
