Four registrations land on October 25 — Lucca's last four windows and BCG Fest London's opening collide at the same instant, and Orlando's on-sale time is written two ways on one page

Updated October 26, 2026: All four outcomes are now confirmed. Lucca’s playmat booking sold out its final four windows, taking all 20 to Sold out; BCG Fest London opened, with the three buttons in its Registration Dates, Links section (Finals Ticket, Other Tournament Ticket, General Entry Ticket) now live links to Weeztix (Other Tournament Ticket and General Entry Ticket share one URL, weeztix.shop/r6k49zsq); Orlando went on sale, with live Tixr links now on all six Open Tournaments; and Kuala Lumpur’s demo lottery closed (winners announced from November 12). The SPIEL Essen and Paris Games Week demos have also ended, and we have refreshed the statuses on our preorder and lottery hub. Today’s new information is collected in our article on Lucca’s waiting-list position checker.

Two registrations open at the same instant on different continents.

Sunday, October 25, 2026. Four NARUTO CARD GAME registrations land on this single day, in Italy, the UK, the US and Malaysia, each for a different purpose.

The awkward part is that EU and UK summer time end in the early hours of that same day, so the Japan-time conversions are not what they were the day before.

About this article: everything below is based on the Orlando, London and Kuala Lumpur pages of the BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest 26-27 official site and on the Lucca page of the English NARUTO CARD GAME official site plus the Play-system booking page it links to (checked October 24, 2026). Quotations are given in the original English. The Japan-time conversions are ours; none of these pages states a Japan time. Plans may change.

The four, on one timeline

Here they are together. The left column is as the official pages print it, the right is the conversion to Japan time.

BCG Fest Kuala Lumpur lottery closesOctober 25 (no time given)During October 25 (local +1 hour)

The four are entirely different in nature.

  • Lucca is a booking slot for buying a product (the playmat) on site. Twelve of the twenty windows are already gone, so the 25th holds the last four
  • London is advance registration to enter the January 15–17, 2027 stop. There are no NARUTO tournaments, so General Entry is the route for anyone there only for the demo
  • Orlando is the tournament ticket on-sale for the January 7–10, 2027 stop. Here entry requires playing in a tournament for another title, and none of them is NARUTO
  • Kuala Lumpur is the closing of lottery applications for the December 12–13, 2026 Teaching Session

At 18:00 Japan time, Italy and the UK open together

This is the easiest thing to miss.

The Lucca booking page states its time basis like this:

All times use the Italian time zone (Europe/Rome). Refresh the page when a window opens.

The London Pre-Registration page says:

25th October, 9:00am GMT Europe Finals / Last Chance Qualifier / General Entry

10:00 in Italy and 9:00 GMT are the same instant. On October 25 Italy has left summer time and is on CET (UTC+1) while the UK is on GMT (UTC+0), so the local clocks sit an hour apart. In UTC, though, both read 09:00 — which is 18:00 Japan time for both.

What happens at 18:00 Japan time (October 25, 2026)
  1. Lucca's first window opens10:00 CET (Italy)
  2. London registration opens9:00am GMT (UK)
  3. Both are 09:00 UTCOne instant, 18:00 in Japan

Lucca has eight windows left as of October 24, four of them on the 25th. The windows for the 21st, 22nd and 23rd each sold out on the day they opened, so there is no reason to expect room to think it over once the 25th’s first window goes live. London’s General Entry carries only the note “We may open up extra seats in the future.”; it is still first come, first served.

Trying for both at the same minute means choosing one.

October 25 is the day summer time ends — so Lucca’s windows move an hour later

EU summer time ends on the last Sunday of October every year. In 2026 that is October 25, when the clocks go back from 03:00 CEST to 02:00 CET. UK summer time (BST) ends in the early hours of the same day.

Lucca’s windows all open from 10:00 onward, so every window on the 25th falls after the change. In Japan time they land an hour later than they did before.

The last window on October 25 (16:00 Italian time) is 00:00 on Monday, October 26 in Japan. The date rolls over, so take care when putting it in a calendar.

Orlando prints its on-sale time two different ways on the same page

This is the part we confirmed newly today.

The Pre-Registration page for the BCG Fest Orlando stop (dated October 16, 2026) gives the ticket on-sale time in two places. And the wording differs.

From the Ticket Sales Schedule section (verbatim):

Ticket Link Reveal: October 16 Tickets Go on Sale: October 25 10:30am Pacific Time

From the Open Tournaments Registration section (verbatim):

All Open Tournament will be pre-sold in advance. Registration Link will Go on Sale from October 25, 10:30am PST.

Our October 18 article and the reservation and lottery hub recorded this time as “PST” only. Rechecking today turned up the second wording, “Pacific Time”, on the same page, so we have updated both to carry the pair.

Which reading you take moves the Japan time by an hour.

ReadingUTC offsetJapan time
Local Pacific time (PDT on October 25)UTC−702:30, Monday October 26
“PST” as printedUTC−803:30, Monday October 26

The deciding evidence is a note at the foot of the same page.

*All dates listed on this website are local times at the location.

Follow that note and “10:30am” is a reading of the clock in Orlando’s Pacific time zone. And October 25, 2026 falls inside US daylight saving time (PDT = UTC−7): US summer time ends on the first Sunday of November, which in 2026 is November 1, a week later.

In other words, the “PST” label is a week early on the calendar. We treat “Pacific Time” plus the local-time rule at the foot of the page as the primary reading — 02:30 Japan time on October 26 — and note 03:30 as the PST reading alongside it. There is no official statement of which was intended, so if you are going for it from Japan, waiting from 02:30 is the safe choice.

Note also that Orlando requires tournament participation in another title simply to get in, and none of the eleven eligible tournaments is NARUTO. The page states plainly: “There will be NO ON-SITE WAITLIST or GENERAL ADMISSION.” Even if the NARUTO Tutorial Session is your only goal, you cannot enter the hall without buying one of these October 25 tournament tickets.

Kuala Lumpur’s practical deadline has already gone

The fourth item is a closing, not an opening. The NARUTO contents page reads as follows (verbatim):

Event Day December 12-13, 2026 Registration Opens September 18, 2026 - October 25, 2026 Winner announcement November 12, 2026

No time of day is given. Following the note at the foot of the page (“All dates listed on this website are local times at the location.”), this is Malaysian time (UTC+8), and Japan runs an hour ahead — so in Japan terms it lands somewhere between the daytime of October 25 and the small hours of the 26th.

But there is a second deadline buried here. Applying for this lottery requires a BANDAI TCG+ profile showing “Face Photo Verified”, and that review can take more than a week. Subtract seven days from the closing date and you get October 18 — meaning the practical deadline for anyone starting registration now has already passed.

That leaves Taipei (closing November 3) as the only remaining Asian lottery.

And on the 26th, Jump Festa’s first stage closes

The day after this rush, at 17:59 on Monday, October 26, the first stage of Jump Festa 2027 admission applications (subscribers and similar only) closes.

That is the event the official site points to when it writes “The next big reveal is coming in December 2026, at Jump Festa!”. Anyone outside the first stage gets the next chance at the general admission ticket application opening 10:00 on November 2 (closing 17:59 on November 16).

What is still unknown

  • Whether Orlando’s “10:30am” is PDT or PST — there is no official clarification. The page carries both “Pacific Time” and “PST”, and the note at its foot says only “local times”
  • Ticket prices for Orlando and London — neither page lists an amount
  • Whether London’s General Entry admits you to the NARUTO demo — the text stops at “Can join side events, shop, and join activities on site.” and does not name the Tutorial Session. Both stops’ NARUTO contents pages still read “Details will be updated in the future.”
  • The closing time of the Kuala Lumpur lottery — only a date is given, with no hour or minute
  • How many Lucca playmats are available each day — only “A limited number … will be available each day”, so the count behind the twelve sold-out windows is unknown too

In summary

  • Four registrations converge on Sunday, October 25, 2026: Lucca’s final four playmat windows, BCG Fest London’s admission opening, the Orlando ticket on-sale, and the closing of the Kuala Lumpur lottery
  • Lucca’s first window (10:00 Italian time) and London’s opening (9:00am GMT) are the exact same instant, 18:00 Japan time. The local clocks differ by an hour, but both read 09:00 UTC
  • October 25 is the day EU and UK summer time end, so Lucca’s windows move from 17:00 / 19:00 / 21:00 / 23:00 Japan time through October 24 to 18:00 / 20:00 / 22:00 / 00:00 on the 25th
  • Orlando’s on-sale time is printed two ways on the same page, as “10:30am Pacific Time” and “10:30am PST”. With the page’s own “local times at the location” note and October 25 sitting inside PDT (US summer time ends November 1), the local reading gives 02:30 Japan time on October 26, the PST reading 03:30
  • Kuala Lumpur’s practical deadline passed around October 18, because the face photo review can take more than a week. Taipei (November 3) is the only Asian lottery left
  • Lucca stands at 12 of 20 windows Sold out as of October 24, leaving the eight for the 24th and 25th
  • At 17:59 on October 26, Jump Festa 2027’s first-stage admission application closes

The latest state of every registration and sale is kept in the reservation and lottery hub, and the dates for each stop in the event calendar. We will update the outcomes of the October 25 registrations as soon as they can be confirmed.
