BCG Fest Orlando is tournament participants only — and none of the tournaments is NARUTO. London has general entry

“I only want to try the NARUTO demo, and now I have to enter another card game’s tournament to get into the building.” For the Orlando stop, that is how the official site currently reads.

On October 16, 2026 a news page titled Pre-Registration appeared for the Orlando and London stops of BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest 26-27. This site wrote in its August 22 and August 29 articles that neither stop had explained how to get in. That gap is now filled — and the two stops answer the question differently.

What this article is based on: everything below comes from the Pre-Registration pages (dated October 16, 2026) on the BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest 26-27 official site and the venue pages on the English NARUTO Card Game official site, both checked by this site on October 18, 2026. Original wording is quoted, and anything we could not confirm is stated as such.

1. Orlando is now tournament participants only

The Orlando Pre-Registration page states the entry condition as follows:

BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest 26-27 in ORLANDO will require application in advance to attend. To enter the venue, you must participate in at least one of the tournaments listed below.

And these are the eleven tournaments it lists:

  • DRAGON BALL SUPER CARD GAME MASTERS Championship 26-27 Finals
  • DIGIMON CARD GAME Championship 26-27 Finals
  • DIGIMON CARD GAME Championship 26-27 Last Chance Qualifier
  • ONE PIECE CARD GAME Championship 26-27 Finals Season2
  • ONE PIECE CARD GAME Championship 26-27 Last Chance Qualifier
  • ONE PIECE CARD GAME Treasure Cup December 2026 on January 9th
  • DRAGON BALL SUPER CARD GAME FUSION WORLD Championship 26-27 Finals
  • DRAGON BALL SUPER CARD GAME FUSION WORLD Championship 26-27 Last Chance Qualifier
  • UNION ARENA Championship 26-27 Finals
  • GUNDAM CARD GAME Championship 26-27 AREA FINALS
  • GUNDAM CARD GAME Championship 26-27 Last Chance Qualifier

Not one of them is a NARUTO Card Game tournament. The eleven belong to six lines: Dragon Ball Super Card Game (Masters and Fusion World), Digimon Card Game, One Piece Card Game, UNION ARENA and Gundam Card Game.

That is not surprising in itself. The NARUTO Card Game launches in June 2027, five months after Orlando (January 7–10, 2027). With no competitive structure in place, there is nothing to run. The issue is that tournament participation is the entry condition.

There is no on-site waitlist and no general admission

The same page closes the alternatives off explicitly:

There will be NO ON-SITE WAITLIST or GENERAL ADMISSION.

The capitals are the site’s own.

The ticket dates are published too:

Ticket Sales Schedule Ticket Link Reveal: October 16 Tickets Go on Sale: October 25 10:30am PST

Tickets go on sale October 25, 2026 at 10:30am PST. Note that October 25, 2026 falls inside US daylight time (PDT = UTC-7), which does not end until November 1, while the page writes PST (UTC-8). The page simply says PST with no explanation of which it means, so the exact instant is ambiguous by one hour. “Ticket Link Reveal: October 16” means the application links themselves went live on October 16, and we confirmed that each Open Tournament’s Registration link is indeed present on the page.

On side events, the page says:

Select Side Event Tickets will be available for purchase 2 weeks before the event. These tickets will be able to be purchased by players who have already purchased a tournament ticket that includes a [Competitor Pass].

Side event tickets, too, are only available to people who already hold a tournament ticket. Whether NARUTO’s tutorial session counts as a side event is not stated anywhere.

2. London has a General Entry tier

The London Pre-Registration page uses the same headings and says something quite different:

There will be NO ON-SITE registration. Competitor — You must participate in at least one of the tournaments listed below. General Entry — There will be general entry available. Pre-Registration required. General Entry Can join side events, shop, and join activities on site.

There is a General Entry tier. Pre-registration is required, but no tournament is, and the page states explicitly that General Entry can join side events, the shop and on-site activities.

London lists nine tournaments, and again none of them is NARUTO.

  • Invite-only Tournaments — ONE PIECE Europe Finals Season2 / DIGIMON Europe Finals / DRAGON BALL SUPER FUSION WORLD Europe Finals / GUNDAM Europe Finals
  • Open Tournaments — DRAGON BALL SUPER MASTERS Europe Finals / ONE PIECE Europe Last Chance Qualifier / DIGIMON Europe Last Chance Qualifier / DRAGON BALL SUPER FUSION WORLD Europe Last Chance Qualifier / GUNDAM Europe Last Chance Qualifier

Registration comes in three stages

London’s registration dates are set out in a table with three rows.

The General Entry row carries the note *We may open up extra seats in the future.

The Demo Tickets sale times are given day by day:

Each day’s allocation goes on sale at 7:00pm GMT the evening before.

One caution here. The site does not state that NARUTO’s Tutorial Session is among these Demo Tickets. NARUTO’s content is officially listed as a “Tutorial Session” (i.e. a demo), but nothing explains which titles’ demos the Demo Tickets cover, so this site does not assert it.

3. The two stops side by side, from a NARUTO point of view

Now the substance. Here is what someone whose only goal is the NARUTO Card Game tutorial session has to do at each stop. The official sites do not put this comparison in one place, so we assemble it.

Route to merchandisepre-purchase by tournament title, plus on-siteOn Site Retail Ticket (opens January 10, 2027)

At Orlando, on the official wording as it stands, there is no route into the venue for someone whose only goal is the NARUTO demo. No entry method is described other than buying another title’s tournament ticket to obtain a [Competitor Pass], and both general admission and on-site registration are explicitly ruled out. At London, General Entry gets you in.

There is no official explanation for the asymmetry. Differences in venue scale or tournament structure may be behind it, but that is our speculation. What is certain is what the official pages say as of October 18, 2026.

4. The merchandise route differs too

As covered in the same-day article on the playmat price, the Orlando and London merchandise pages now list “Official Playmat -Naruto vs Sasuke-” at USD $35.00. So how do you buy it?

London spells it out in its On Site Retail section:

On Site Retail : All Participants Opened from Friday to Sunday. Pre-Registration required. Event Commemorative Items and general Items General Entry, Finals Players(who have also pre-ordered a Commemorative Item Set) can also join the on site retail.

General Entry can take part in the on-site retail, and the On Site Retail Tickets for it open on January 10, 2027 at 9:00am GMT.

Orlando ties pre-purchase to tournaments:

Players who purchase a ticket for an Open Tournament will be able to purchase one Premium Card Collection for that title. *Players may purchase items for the title of the tournament they are paticipating in. Items for other titles may be purchased on-site.

You may pre-purchase only items for the title whose tournament you are playing in; items for other titles must be bought on site. With no NARUTO tournament in existence, there is no pre-purchase route for NARUTO products. Note also that this section is written about Commemorative items, whereas NARUTO’s playmat sits in the separate SPECIAL PRODUCTS slot — so it falls outside either way.

5. The Admission field on the NARUTO official site also changed

One more change worth recording. The English NARUTO Card Game official site’s pages for both stops have been rewritten without changing their posting dates.

FieldAt the August publication (our record)As written on October 18, 2026
Orlando AdmissionComing SoonPre-Registration Required. Tournament Participants only.
Orlando Event Commemorative ItemsComing SoonLEARN MORE button now live
London AdmissionPre-Registrationed Tournament Ticket RequiredPre-Registration Required.

The dates at the top of each page still read August 21, 2026 for Orlando and August 28, 2026 for London. There is no note of the change.

The London change looks small but matters. At publication on August 28 it read “Pre-Registrationed Tournament Ticket Required”; it now reads only “Pre-Registration Required.”, dropping the words “Tournament Ticket” — consistent with the existence of General Entry. This site wrote in its August 29 article that “admission requires a pre-registered tournament ticket”, so that statement no longer matches the current official wording.

Orlando moved the other way: the previously blank field now carries “Tournament Participants only.”, making the condition more restrictive, and explicit.

6. What is still unknown

  • The date, duration, capacity and participant gifts for NARUTO’s Tutorial Session (both stops still read Details will be updated in the future.)
  • Which ticket tier the Tutorial Session belongs to. Whether it is among London’s Demo Tickets, a Pre-Sold Side Event, or an on-site slot is not stated
  • Entry ticket prices. Neither the Orlando Open Tournament tickets nor London’s General Entry carries a price on either page
  • How a NARUTO-only visitor gets into Orlando. On the official wording there is no route other than entering another title’s tournament
  • Whether the Chakra Set will be sold at Orlando and London (see the playmat price article)

In summary

  • A Pre-Registration page dated October 16, 2026 has been published for the Orlando and London stops of BCG Fest 26-27, filling the entry-method gap open since August
  • Orlando requires participation in one of eleven tournaments, none of them NARUTO. The page states There will be NO ON-SITE WAITLIST or GENERAL ADMISSION., so on the current official wording there is no route into the venue for a NARUTO-demo-only visitor
  • London has a General Entry tier, which can enter without a tournament and join side events, the shop and on-site activities
  • Tickets open October 25 at 10:30am PST (Orlando) and 9:00am GMT (London). London adds On Site Retail Tickets on January 10, 2027 at 9:00am GMT and Demo Tickets at 7:00pm GMT the evening before each event day
  • The Admission field on the NARUTO Card Game official site was also rewritten without changing its date (Orlando: Coming Soon → Tournament Participants only.; London: the words Tournament Ticket removed)

Application windows are collected on the pre-order and lottery hub, and the full run of dates on the event calendar. We will update the same day the Tutorial Session’s times and ticket tier are published.
