The NARUTO CARD GAME schedule for November 2026 — 11 of the 16 confirmed items are applications and lottery results. Nothing about release, pre-orders or the card list, making November the month you apply for December's Jump Festa

October was the month things actually happened. November goes back to being the month you apply.

When we wrote the September schedule, all eight confirmed items were paperwork — an application opening, a deadline, a lottery result. Not one tutorial session took place in September.

The October schedule was different. It grew to 17 items, tutorial sessions actually ran in Jakarta, Manila, NYCC, PAX Aus, SPIEL Essen, Paris Games Week and Lucca, and NYCC brought the June 2027 release date and the product line-up.

November returns to September’s character. As of today (November 1, 2026) there are 16 November items whose dates can be confirmed in primary sources, and 11 of them are application openings, deadlines or lottery results.

About this article: every date below comes from one of the following — the NARUTO CARD GAME official site (Japanese, English, English (Asia)), the Jump Festa 2027 official site, the per-city pages of the BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest 26-27 official site, or Italian organiser Play-system. Checked on November 1, 2026, by fetching every relevant page. Schedules are subject to change. We do not speculate about anything the publishers have not announced.

2. Today (November 1) two events end at once

Day one of November is the final day of two events.

Lucca Comics & Games 2026 (October 28 – November 1, Italy)

The venue is Piazza Santa Maria, as stated on the official page; Italian organiser Play-system calls it the “Naruto Pavilion” (their wording: visitors will have the exclusive opportunity to try the game for the first time at the Naruto Pavilion in Piazza Santa Maria).

Two things are scheduled for today.

  • Tutorial sessions: in the timetable we recorded on October 15, November 1 has 11 sessions (October 28–31 have 13 each, at 45-minute intervals, for 63 across the event). Registration closed on a first-come basis on October 14
  • Playmat collection: Play-system’s reservation page shows four collection slots today — 10:00, 12:00, 14:00 and 16:00 — and the page body states that cancellations are re-released at around 17:00 on each event day (starting at approximately 17:00 each event day, subject to availability)

Today’s roughly 17:00 re-release is the last purchase route of the entire event. The scheduled reservation windows finished being released on October 25 (Reservations will open progressively from October 21 to October 25, 2026) and no more will be added. We covered the state of the reservation page separately in today’s other article.

gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2026 (October 30 – November 1, Thailand)

The official page reads “October 30 - November 1, 2026”, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok. It states that following the official Facebook page gets you a logo sticker (while supplies last, one per person). Details are in our October 27 and October 30 articles.

3. The month’s backbone is Jump Festa 2027 — four deadlines and announcements

The official “NARUTO CARD GAME New Info Revealed! Oct. 2026” page ends like this:

The next big reveal is coming in December 2026, at Jump Festa!

The paperwork for getting into that “next” venue all falls in November.

The four stages of Jump Festa 2027 admission applications (all in November)
  1. Nov 2, ~9:30phase 1 results
  2. Nov 2, 10:00general applications open
  3. Nov 16, 17:59general applications close
  4. Nov 24, 10:00advance lottery opens (closes 30th)

Here is what the Jump Festa 2027 official site states, as written.

StageApplication period (original text)Results (original text)
Phase 1 (subscribers etc. only)応募受付は終了しました (closed)11月2日(月)9:30頃予定
General admission ticket11月2日(月)10:00~11月16日(月)17:5911月24日(火)9:30頃予定
Advance-lottery ticket11月24日(火)10:00~11月30日(月)17:5912月11日(金)9:30頃予定

Three practical points.

  • On November 2, 9:30 and 10:00 are only 30 minutes apart. General applications open right after phase 1 results land, so anyone who missed out in phase 1 has very little time to decide whether to apply again
  • The general deadline (November 16) arrives before the card game says what it will reveal. The official site carries only that one line about Jump Festa, and as of today the Jump Festa site itself has no mention of “NARUTO CARD GAME” (not in the booth list, not in the manufacturer booth list; BANDAI CO., LTD. does appear in the sponsor/exhibitor list)
  • Only phase 1 or general winners may apply for advance-lottery tickets. The official wording is ①または②の入場チケットに当選すると、以下の3つに必要なチケットに応募できるぞ! (“win an admission ticket in ① or ②, and you can apply for the tickets needed for the following three”), and the three are スーパーステージ観覧, JF公式ショップグッズ購入 and 原画ワールド特別展示鑑賞. Since viewing the “NARUTO” Super Stage (December 19, 16:55–17:25) sits in that bucket, you have to clear two lotteries during November to watch the stage

More in our October 21 article.

4. In Asia: one last deadline and two sessions that actually run

BCG Fest 26-27’s NARUTO “Teaching Session” is lottery-based in all seven Asian cities. November holds the final application deadline and two stops where the session actually runs.

CityEventApplication period (local)ResultsStatus in November
JakartaOct 10–11Aug 10 – Aug 24Sept 10 –Closed (already held)
ManilaOct 24–25Aug 21 – Sept 3Sept 17 –Closed (already held)
BangkokNov 21–22Sept 11 – Oct 4Oct 22 –Session runs in November
Hong KongNov 28–29Sept 1 – Sept 27Oct 15 –Session runs in November
SingaporeDec 5–6Sept 11 – Oct 12Nov 5 –Results in November
Kuala LumpurDec 12–13Sept 18 – Oct 25Nov 12 –Results in November
TaipeiDec 19–20Sept 25 – Nov 3Nov 19 –Open (closes November 3)

November 3 (local time) is the last application deadline across the seven Asian cities. The Taipei page (Traditional Chinese) reads 報名開始 2026年9月25日 - 11月3日, 抽籤結果公布 2026年11月19日 -, 紀念品 CP-001 查克拉卡. After it passes, the number of NARUTO tutorial sessions you can apply for in Asia drops to zero.

Applications go through BANDAI TCG+ and face photo verification is mandatory. The official help says screening can take a week or more, so starting registration today may not leave enough time before the November 3 deadline (the rules for all seven cities are in our round-up).

Today’s full re-check also confirmed that Singapore’s 192 is still the only published capacity among the seven cities. The other six pages have no capacity field.

5. There is nothing in Japan in November

November contains zero items in Japan, applications included.

  • Premier Demo Event (11 stores nationwide): on the official page, applications run December 1–20, 2026 for the January stops (results December 25), December 25 – January 11 for February, and February 1–14 for March. The earliest opening is December 1, outside November
  • BCG Fest Tokyo (February and March 2027): the pre-registration page puts main-event applications at November 20–29, 2026 (results around December 14), but NARUTO CARD GAME is not in that round. NARUTO is covered by the side-event first round (December 25 – January 3, 2027) and the March second round (from February 10, 2027). So November 20–29 is not a window you can use for NARUTO
The 16 confirmed November items by organiser / region

6. Tabletop.me in Dubai (November 6–8), a Middle East first

Only one event newly begins in November: Tabletop.me.

The official page reads “November 6 – 8, 2026”, at The Concourse Convention Center, Dubai Outlet Mall. It was not on the roadmap published on July 29; the English site added it on October 9 (our October 10 article).

  • Tutorial sessions are Free
  • Demo decks cannot be taken home (Demo decks are not available to take home)
  • Registration is first-come, on site, on the day (Registration for the Tutorial Sessions is planned to take place on-site on the day). No lottery, no advance booking
  • Entry to Tabletop.me itself is required, and the page directs you to the Tabletop.me official site for admission requirements
  • No giveaways or merchandise are listed as of today — nothing equivalent to the CP-001 distribution in the seven Asian cities or the playmat sales at Lucca and NYCC

Where the seven Asian cities are “lottery, winners only” and Lucca was “first-come online,” Dubai is “on the day, on site, first-come.” As a Middle East first there is no precedent to compare it against, which is another reason today’s confirmed information is all there is.

7. What will not happen in November

As the flip side of the list, here is what has not been announced for November (same format as the October schedule).

  • Release: the worldwide simultaneous launch is June 2027; nothing in November
  • Product pre-orders: no pre-order date has been announced for the three Starter Decks or the first Booster Pack “Enter: Naruto Uzumaki!”. Every November entry on our pre-order and lottery hub is for a seat at a tutorial session, not a product
  • Official card list: unannounced
  • New-card reveal slot: no official reveal slot is set for November. The next reveal the official site names is Jump Festa (December 19–20)
  • Applications for tutorial sessions in Japan: they open December 1
  • Rulebook publication: unannounced

In other words, November is not designed as a month when new information arrives. As of today, the newest official news entry is dated 2026.10.16 on the Japanese site and October 13, 2026 on the English site.

8. What we will be watching in November

For the record, here are the still-empty fields that could move during November.

  • Whether the Taipei page’s wording changes after the November 3 deadline. In the other Asian cities, no “closed” label has ever been added and the update stamp has never changed — a pattern now seen in five cities
  • Whether the Singapore (from November 5), Kuala Lumpur (November 12) and Taipei (November 19) results are announced on the pages themselves. In the four cities so far, the NARUTO pages did not change on the results date
  • Whether Singapore’s Capacity 192 refers to the whole event, one day or one session (no official explanation since it appeared on September 12)
  • Whether “NARUTO CARD GAME” appears anywhere on the Jump Festa site (zero mentions in both the booth list and the manufacturer booth list as of today)
  • Whether any new card or product is revealed at the Bangkok (November 21–22) or Hong Kong (November 28–29) sessions. At the two Asian stops already held (Jakarta and Manila) there were no new official reveals
  • The session times, number of runs, capacity and giveaways for Tabletop.me Dubai (all unlisted as of today)

We will add to this article if anything moves during the month. Confirmed dates are also listed on our event calendar and pre-order and lottery hub.
