Don't miss a beat — a guide to following official NARUTO Card Game news (the four official site editions, official social accounts, BANDAI TCG+)

Official NARUTO Card Game announcements are spread across several channels — the official site, official social accounts, BANDAI TCG+ and more. On top of that, the official site carries different news depending on the language edition, so watching just one place can mean missing an important announcement.

This guide lays out where official information comes from, which channels to keep an eye on day to day, and how to check them on a big reveal day (for what was announced at the July 29, 2026 reveal, see our reveal roundup).

1. The official website (top priority)

The most reliable primary source is the official website, which comes in four editions:

Each edition carries different news

The official site’s news differs significantly by edition. When we checked all four news lists in full on September 14, 2026, they had 4 (Japanese), 13 (English), 9 (English (Asia)) and 6 (Traditional Chinese) items — and no edition carried all 20 unique items.

  • The Japanese news list had stopped at July 29 (as of September 14). News from August onward, such as the Western events and Yankee Stadium, appeared only in the English edition
  • BCG Fest announcements for Asian cities are not in the English edition. Jakarta, Manila, Bangkok, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur appear only in English (Asia), and Hong Kong and Taipei only in Traditional Chinese
  • The Gen Con 2026 demo details also went up on the English edition first

It’s worth checking the English edition as well as the Japanese one — and, for Asian events, the English (Asia) and Traditional Chinese editions too. 2. Official social accounts

The official site invites fans to “Follow the NARUTO Card Game” via its official social accounts. Social posts are the fastest way to catch breaking updates and get notified. The handles linked from the official site are as follows (as of July 16, 2026).

As of July 16, 2026, the Japanese site links to X and YouTube, while the English site links to X, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.

As with the website, the English accounts are sometimes earlier or more detailed. During Gen Con 2026, for example, the English X account (@narutotcg_eng) announced that actual cards were on display at the merchandise booth. Following both the Japanese and English accounts, whichever language you read, is the safest way to avoid missing an update.

3. BANDAI TCG+

BANDAI TCG+, Bandai’s app for its trading card games, is another official channel. Registering for the “NARUTO TCG UPDATES CHANNEL” in the app gets you notifications of the latest NARUTO Card Game news. We walk through the steps in our BANDAI TCG+ registration guide.

Note that this channel is a page for receiving news, separate from signing up for actual events such as tutorial sessions. At real events, BANDAI TCG+ has been used like this:

  • At Gen Con 2026, the logo sticker could be claimed by “following the official social accounts” or “registering with BANDAI TCG+”
  • PAX Aus 2026 tutorial sessions use advance registration on BANDAI TCG+. To receive the CP-001 participation gift and the logo sticker, you need to register for the “NARUTO TCG UPDATES CHANNEL” and answer a post-session survey
  • Entering the lottery for “Teaching Session” tutorials at BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest 26-27 requires a face photo registered in BANDAI TCG+ (review can take a week or more; see our face photo registration guide)

Card game news also comes out in official places outside the NARUTO Card Game site:

  • The BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest official site (bandaicardgames-fest.com): for Teaching Session application details and status in each BCG Fest city, its city pages are more detailed and updated faster than the card game site’s news (our seven-city lottery guide)
  • The NARUTO official site (naruto-official.com) and the official NARUTO / BORUTO YouTube channel: the worldwide livestream of the New York Comic Con 2026 stage “NARUTO: What’s Next?” (October 11 (Sun), 6:00–7:00 a.m. JST) was announced there, not on the card game site (livestream details)
  • The official BANDAI CARD GAMES X account (@official_BCG_JP): posts announcements that affect Bandai’s card games as a whole, such as BANDAI TCG+ changes (e.g. the planned My Number Card identity verification)

5. This site (NARUTORECA)

We don’t deal in speculation or unconfirmed reports, and we link to sources wherever possible. A checklist for big reveal days

On a day with a major announcement, checking in this order helps you avoid missing anything (this is also how we tracked the July 29 reveal):

  1. Check the “news” section on the English and Japanese official sites (the English edition is often first and most complete)
  2. For announcements about Asian events, also check the English (Asia) and Traditional Chinese editions and the BCG Fest official site
  3. Follow the official social accounts (the Japanese and English X accounts) for breaking posts
  4. For stage or panel announcements, find out the broadcaster (e.g. the official NARUTO / BORUTO YouTube channel) ahead of time
  5. We’ll organize and write up the details here as soon as we’ve confirmed them

The safest move is to bookmark each edition of the official site and follow the official social accounts. As soon as new information is out, we’ll confirm it and report back here.
