BCG Fest Singapore publishes its NARUTO "Teaching Session" details — the fifth city, with the longest application window yet (Sep 11 – Oct 12)

Re-checking the BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest 26-27 city pages today, August 30, we found that the NARUTO Card Game page for the Singapore stop has been published. Our August 29 article said “no individual NARUTO page has been published for Singapore” — that was wrong, and we are correcting it here (the Fest site’s own update stamp reads “Aug. 28, 2026”).

The contents follow the same format as the four earlier cities, listing the application window, winner announcement date and participant gift.

1. The Singapore Teaching Session

Here is what the Fest’s Singapore page lists.

Below the registration link is a note reading “Registration is scheduled to open on September 11.” — so as of August 30, applications have not opened yet.

As with the four earlier cities, applications go through BANDAI TCG+ (Bandai’s official card game app), and face photo registration in the app is required to apply. The page warns that verification can take a week or longer, so if you are aiming at the September 11 opening, it is safest to register well in advance.

The English label for the announcement field is “Winner announcement,” but the Traditional Chinese version of the Hong Kong page labels the same field 抽籤結果公布 — lottery result announcement — confirming this is a lottery rather than first-come, as covered in yesterday’s article.

2. The five-city application calendar

Five cities now have published application details. Laid out together:

As of August 30 only Manila is open (closing September 3). Hong Kong opens next on September 1, and ten days later Bangkok and Singapore both open on September 11 while Hong Kong is still running — so from September 11 to September 27, a 17-day stretch, three cities are accepting applications at once.

3. The windows differ by city — Singapore’s is the longest

Laying them out side by side, one thing stands out: the length of the application window varies a lot by city. Counting inclusively from the opening day to the closing day:

The two cities that opened first (Jakarta and Manila) had two weeks, while all three that open in September have three weeks or more. Singapore’s 32 days is more than double Manila’s 14.

That said, no official explanation is given for why the lengths differ. Venue size, capacity and local operations are all conceivable reasons, but none of them are stated, so we will not speculate. We record only the fact that the later the event day, the longer the window has been.

The gap between the winner announcement and the event day is also worth noting: 30 days for Jakarta, 37 for Manila, 44 for Hong Kong, 30 for Bangkok and 30 for Singapore — roughly a month or more in every case. If you are considering travelling, that is the window you have to make arrangements.

4. The heading mismatch does not occur on the Singapore page

Yesterday’s article pointed out that on the Manila and Bangkok pages alone, the category at the top (Pre-Registered Event) and the section heading (On-Site Registration Side Event) contradict each other. Adding Singapore to the comparison:

Singapore is consistent, like Jakarta and Hong Kong, and reads straightforwardly as a pre-registered lottery event. Three of the five now match; only Manila and Bangkok do not.

Even so, no official clarification of the correct format for Manila and Bangkok has been published. If you are considering either, check the current wording on the BANDAI TCG+ event page before applying.

5. Orlando and London are still unchanged today

The status of the remaining cities, also checked today:

• Orlando (Jan 7–10, 2027) and London (Jan 15–17, 2027) — the NARUTO pages carry only the headings “Main Event → Tutorial Session”, with a body still reading “Details will be updated in the future.”
• Kuala Lumpur, Taipei and Shanghai (all December 2026) — no detail pages published at all
• Tokyo (Early 2027) — not even a month is given; no dates and no venue

Five Asian cities have filled in as lottery-based “Teaching Sessions” while the two Western cities still show only a “Tutorial Session” heading. Whether the difference in naming is meaningful remains unexplained officially.

6. A fourth distribution context for CP-001

The “CP-001 Chakra Card” given as the participant gift has now been announced in these contexts:

• Gen Con 2026 (July 30 – August 2, 2026) — tutorial session gift, version name “-Gen Con 2026 Ver.-”
• NYCC 2026 and PAX Aus 2026 (October 2026) — tutorial session gift, no version name
• BCG Fest, four Asian cities (October–November 2026) — gift for Teaching Session lottery winners, no version name
• BCG Fest Singapore (December 2026) — same ← added today

A separate printing under the same number, New York Yankees Ver., has also been announced, but no city — Singapore included — states whether the Fest card uses the Gen Con artwork. Details are collected on the CP-001 Chakra Card page (its effect text and in-game role are both still unrevealed). Note that this site does not publish official card images.

7. What is still unknown

• The times, capacity and fee of the Teaching Sessions in all five cities (which of the event days, and how many runs, is not listed either)
• The application-to-slot ratio, and whether there is any walk-up slot for those not drawn
• Whether the CP-001 handed out uses the Gen Con artwork or a different printing
• Orlando’s and London’s application conditions and gifts
• Dates and venues for Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Shanghai and Tokyo
• The correct format behind the heading mismatch on the Manila and Bangkok pages
• Whether “Teaching Session” and “Tutorial Session” are different things or just inconsistent wording

Summary

• The NARUTO page for BCG Fest 26-27 Singapore is live, making it the fifth city with published application details
• The session runs December 5–6, 2026 (SANDS Expo Convention Centre); applications run September 11 – October 12, winners are announced from November 5, and the gift is a CP-001 Chakra Card
