Teaching Session Lotteries Open for BCG Fest Bangkok and Singapore — Three Cities Now Taking Applications, and Singapore Alone Publishes a Capacity of 192

The NARUTO Card Game pages for the Bangkok and Singapore stops of BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest 26-27 now carry working application links for the “Teaching Session” demo, as confirmed on September 12, 2026.

Registration for both cities was scheduled to open on September 11, but when we checked at 08:31 JST that day neither had published an application destination. Today’s re-check confirms that each now links to its own city-specific URL.

Basis for this article: everything below was confirmed directly on the NARUTO pages of the BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest 26-27 official site on September 12, 2026. Plans are subject to change.

We have been recording the application link destinations on each city page directly, on September 3, September 9 and September 11. Lined up against today’s state, the change is clear.

CityAt 08:31 JST, September 11September 12
Bangkok“Click here for registration” was plain text (no link)A working link to bandai-tcg-plus.com/series/8388
SingaporeLinked to series/8080 — the same URL as the already-closed Jakarta stopbandai-tcg-plus.com/series/8408 (city-specific URL)

The update stamps on both pages changed as well.

  • Bangkok: “2026.09.11” (previously 2026.08.28)
  • Singapore: “Sep. 11, 2026” (previously Aug. 28, 2026)

In other words, the pages were updated on September 11 — the scheduled opening day — and the application destinations were published then. The situation we repeatedly flagged for Singapore, where the link still pointed at Jakarta’s URL and could not safely be read as an application route, has been resolved by the switch to a city-specific URL.

Note that both pages still carry the line “*Registration is scheduled to open on September 11.” We record as-is that this note has not been removed even after the opening date passed.

2. Singapore alone shows “Capacity 192” — the first capacity ever published

The biggest change is that the Singapore page has gained a capacity field.

Capacity 192

This is the first time a capacity has been published for a NARUTO Teaching Session across all seven BCG Fest 26-27 cities. When we surveyed all seven cities on September 9, we treated “which day, what times, capacity and fee” as unannounced across the board.

Re-checking all seven city pages today, the only one carrying a Capacity field (or its Traditional Chinese equivalent) is Singapore.

CityEvent dayCapacity shown
JakartaOctober 10–11None
ManilaOctober 24–25None
BangkokNovember 21–22None
Hong KongNovember 28–29None
SingaporeDecember 5–6192
Kuala LumpurDecember 12–13None
TaipeiDecember 19–20None

Whether this will be added for the other cities, or is specific to Singapore, is not explained officially. For now we treat it as a number that appears on one city’s page only.

Putting 192 next to the only comparable figure

There is exactly one other NARUTO demo with a published capacity: the Gen Con 2026 tutorial sessions.

Published demo capacities (confirmed figures)
BCG Fest Singapore (as printed, two-day event)192seats
Gen Con 2026 (60 per session × 2 sessions)120seats
Gen Con 2026 (per session)60seats

The official Gen Con event page listed “Max 60 (min 2)” per session, and there were two sessions, Thursday and Saturday (our July 17 article). That comes to 120 in total.

Singapore’s 192 therefore exceeds that 120 — but the comparison needs care.

  • Gen Con’s 60 is explicitly stated as a figure per session
  • Singapore’s 192 is labelled only “Capacity”, with no indication of whether it covers the whole event, one day, or one session

Since the event runs across two days, December 5–6, reading 192 as an event total gives 96 per day by simple division — but that is arithmetic, and how many sessions run each day and how many seats each holds are unannounced. We do not read 192 as anything beyond the number printed on the official page.

3. The three cities currently open, by deadline

As of September 12, these three cities are accepting applications.

CityEvent dayRegistration (local time)Days leftApplication page
Hong KongNovember 28–29September 1 – September 2716series/8207
BangkokNovember 21–22September 11 – October 423series/8388
SingaporeDecember 5–6September 11 – October 1231series/8408

“Days left” counts from September 12 to the deadline, inclusive of the deadline.

Days left until the application deadline (as of September 12, 2026, deadline inclusive)
Hong Kong (closes 9/27)16days
Bangkok (closes 10/4)23days
Singapore (closes 10/12)31days

The participant gift is a CP-001 Chakra Card in all three, as it is in all seven cities (our CP-001 card page).

Note that the linked BANDAI TCG+ pages are rendered with JavaScript, so we have not been able to inspect their contents. The URLs given here are simply what the official Fest city pages link to from “Click here for registration.” Always confirm the actual conditions and status on the linked page.

4. Working backwards from face photo registration

Applying for a Teaching Session requires face photo registration in the BANDAI TCG+ app. Your profile must read “Face Photo Verified” (“臉部照片已驗證” on the Traditional Chinese pages) during the application window, and the official help page states plainly that screening can take a week or more (we walked through the steps yesterday).

Subtracting seven days from each deadline gives the following targets for starting registration.

  • Hong Kong (closes September 27) → September 20
  • Bangkok (closes October 4) → September 27
  • Singapore (closes October 12) → October 5

The help page states there is no remedy if the time taken to register means you miss the window. Starting today, now that registration is open, leaves ample margin for all three cities.

5. Next up: Kuala Lumpur (September 18) and Taipei (September 25)

The remaining two cities open on the dates below, and as of September 12 neither page carries an application URL (if they follow the pattern Bangkok and Singapore just set, the URLs should appear on the opening day itself).

  • Kuala Lumpur (December 12–13, IOI City Mall) → registration September 18 – October 25
  • Taipei (December 19–20, World Trade Center) → registration September 25 – November 3

When Kuala Lumpur opens on September 18, that will make four cities open at once alongside Hong Kong, Bangkok and Singapore. Taipei opens September 25, before Hong Kong closes on September 27, so for the three days from September 25 to 27, five cities will be open simultaneously.

Our September 2026 schedule lists the full month, and our Teaching Session lottery article reads across all seven cities’ dates. The pre-order and lottery hub has been updated the same day.

6. What did not change

It is worth recording what stayed the same in this update.

  • Hong Kong’s page still shows an update stamp of “2026.08.28” and still links to series/8207
  • Bangkok’s section heading still reads “On-Site Registration Side Event” even though the classification at the top of the page is “Pre-Registered Event” — the same mismatch as Manila, which we flagged on August 29
  • The NARUTO Card Game official site (Japanese and English) has no new announcements. The English news list still ends with the September 4 European events, and the Japanese list with July 29
  • No new cards, no new products, and no pre-order information for Japan

7. What is still unknown

  • Capacity for the other six cities (only Singapore’s 192 is published)
  • Whether Singapore’s 192 refers to the whole event, one day, or one session, and how many sessions run per day
  • Which of the two event days each Teaching Session falls on, plus its times and fee
  • The odds of being drawn, and whether losers have any same-day walk-up option
  • Whether the CP-001 handed out uses the same artwork as the Gen Con version
  • The correct participation format behind the heading mismatch on the Bangkok (and Manila) pages
  • Application URLs for Kuala Lumpur and Taipei (registration opens September 18 and September 25)
  • Application terms and gifts for Orlando and London (both still read “Details will be updated in the future.”)

Summary

  • The Bangkok and Singapore NARUTO pages of BCG Fest 26-27 switched their Teaching Session application links to working URLs (Bangkok series/8388, Singapore series/8408), and both pages now carry a September 11 update stamp
  • That makes three cities open at once: Hong Kong, Bangkok and Singapore, closing September 27, October 4 and October 12 respectively
  • Only the Singapore page gained a “Capacity 192” field. Across all seven cities it is the only capacity published, and the first for any BCG Fest Teaching Session
  • The only comparable figure is Gen Con 2026’s 60 per session × 2 sessions = 120. Singapore’s 192 carries no unit, so whether it is per event, per day or per session is unannounced
  • Face photo registration is required and screening can take a week or more, so start by September 20 for Hong Kong, September 27 for Bangkok and October 5 for Singapore
  • Kuala Lumpur opens September 18 and Taipei September 25; neither has published an application URL yet
