S-001 Summon Card

[Updated October 14, 2026] **This Summon card is confirmed as part of the 「プレミアムカードコレクション vol.00 -チャクラセット-」 (Premium Card Collection vol.00 - CHAKRA set, ¥1,650 tax incl.), and the same images brought a second artwork and a correction to our reading of the Japanese effect text.** The Merchandise section of the 先行体験会 (Premier Demo Event) page published October 13, 2026 shows the S-001 card image alongside the Chakra cards C-001–C-005. The CHAKRA set printing carries **newly drawn art of Naruto Uzumaki**, a different artwork from the sample image published on July 29, 2026 on the "About the NARUTO Card Game" page (a black design showing only a silhouette). The card number is the same, and the official site offers no explanation of how the two relate. The illustrator credit reads "bikku" and the card carries no "NOT FOR SALE" marking. **We have also corrected the Japanese effect text from 「キャラカード」 to 「キャラクターカード」.** We previously read it as 「このカードをレストにし、キャラカードを登場できる。」 from the July 29 sample image, which is only 439 px wide and renders the text illegibly; the new high-resolution card image clearly reads 「このカードをレストにし、キャラクターカードを登場できる。」. Because the sample image is too low-resolution to settle whether it carries the same wording, we treat this as **an improvement in reading accuracy** and adopt the high-resolution wording (there has been no official announcement of a text change). The English text is "You may rest this card to summon a Character card." in both. A sample card shown in the card-type section of the official "About the NARUTO Card Game" page (images updated after the July 29, 2026 reveal). You prepare 1 at the start of a battle and rest it to summon Character cards. In the Card Types section of the official site, this card face is shown alongside a side carrying only the logo (checked October 4, 2026). For the Summon card that side is black with a white logo and an orange swirl, matching the black of the card face. It is the single card kept in its own zone, apart from the 50-card deck (white), and it shares that deck's colour no more than it shares its zone. The official site never describes this side as the "back" in words.
