Three cities — Hong Kong, Bangkok and Singapore — are now open at the same time. The Singapore page has also gained a "Capacity 192" field, the only one of the seven cities to publish a capacity, and the first capacity figure for any BCG Fest Teaching Session.

The face recognition feature covers exactly 9 regions, and all seven lottery cities sit inside them. Registration is a seven-step flow through a MOALA account, 13 kinds of photo are rejected, and the photo is valid for three years. The same page also gives two different answers on how long screening takes.
- Card faces have been revealed on effectively two days — 94.7% of the 38 confirmed entries landed on July 29 and July 31, and nothing has been added in the 41 days sinceWe recounted all 38 entries in our card database by when they were revealed rather than by what is on them. There are only four reveal dates, and two of them — July 29 (19 entries) and July 31 (17 entries) — account for 36, or 94.7% of the total. The last day a new card face was published was July 31, and not one has been added in the 41 days up to September 10, 2026. On the English official site's roadmap, only two slots in the entire timeline are labelled "New info reveals" — and the remaining one is New York Comic Con, October 8–11.

The one item with a published MSRP is the "NARUTO CARD GAME Official Playmat -Arriving in 2027-." Cross-checking six event pages on the English official site, it can be bought at just five venues between October and November, and the purchase terms — "MSRP: $35 (+tax)," one per person, limited quantities each day — match word for word. Gen Con 2026, now finished, was the exception: only tutorial session participants holding a purchase voucher could buy one. Online sales, general retail and any sale in Japan remain unannounced.
- Card numbers run from N-001 to N-022 — but five slots are blank, and exactly five cards have no readable numberWe went through all 38 entries in our card database looking at nothing but the card number. There are four prefixes — N, C, S and CP — and only 21 entries have a readable number. The main N series runs from N-001 to N-022 with 17 slots filled, leaving N-002, N-015, N-017, N-018 and N-020 blank. And exactly five confirmed cards have no readable number. That brings the number of cities with published details to seven and the CP-001 Chakra Card give-away occasions to fourteen. Lining up all seven cities reveals two patterns: application windows keep getting longer, and five of the seven open exactly 30 days after their winner announcement date.

They place a combined 6 Characters in the trash as payment, while only 2 cards say they summon anything back out of it. No revealed card touches the opponent's trash, and not one card says a K.O.'d card goes to the trash.
- Five Revealed Cards Say "Rest" — Two of Them K.O. Three of them rest something (the [Recovery] on both Leaders, plus the Summon card S-001); two of them care about rested Characters (Jiraiya N-006 and Orochimaru). Not one card rests an opponent's card. And "rest" never once overlaps with "face-up / face-down" — the game tracks two separate kinds of used-up state.
- Exactly One Revealed Card Says "Draw" — and It Doesn't Grow Your Hand.
